11.1 According to the art. 52 e ss of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the client is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the  purchase contract for any reason, without the necessity to provide explanations and without any penalty.
11.2 In order to exercise that right, the costumer, up to 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the delivery of the command, will have to send  d’Este Italy an e-mail at: info@desteitaly.com.
11.3 After exercising the right of recess according to the methods of the art. 11.2 , the costumer has to return the product to d’Este Italy up to 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the recess. The good has to be returned to d’Este Italy complete in all its parts , with the instructions of use and with everything that has been originally sent to the costumer, also with its original packaging. Â At the returned product, it has to be added a copy of the electronic receipt of the command. The shipping charges of the goods are in charge of the costumer.
11.4 According to art. 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05, d’Este Italy will provide to refund all the payments received by the costumer without delay and in maximum  14 (fourteen) days from the recess. In case of a returned product, d’Este Italy will provide, according to’art. 56 del Codice del Consumo, to refund the amount of the costumer only if he had sent back the product, exactly as it was sent originally by d’Este Italy. The refund will be sent by using the same method that the costumer used when he pay the product. In case of bank cheque, the costumer will have to provide his bank details in order to receive the refund  (IBAN and the name of the holder of the bank account), if they are different from the ones used to pay initially. In case of payment through PayPal or credit cart, the refund will be sent to the same cart used to buy the product. d’Este Italy is not responsible for the time employed  by the bank transition.
The right of recess is submitted to these conditions :
– The right is applied on the product bought and not only on a part of it;
-The right is not applied on personalised products;
– the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (otherwise, pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the assets);
– upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. In the event of the lack of the conditions for the valid right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of d’Este Italy available to the Customer for collection at his sole responsibility.
